Bryan Kroten
Vice President of Marketing
Maverick Aviation Group

Bryan Kroten currently serves as Vice President of Marketing for Maverick Aviation Group where he oversees marketing and branding strategies for Maverick Helicopters and Maverick Airlines in Nevada, Hawaii, and Arizona. Bryan began his work in the hospitality industry as a meeting planner in Chicago before relocating to Las Vegas and joining USA Hosts. He started his sales career at Richard Petty Driving Experience where he served as the National Director of Incentive Sales. In 2014, Kroten was recognized as a 40 Under 40 honoree and named one of the top professionals in Las Vegas by VEGAS INC. Over the years, Bryan has been an active member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and the Society of Incentive Travel Executives (SITE). He also served on the board of Speedway Children’s Charities for eight years and is currently on the Board of Directors of Andson. Bryan served as president of the Las Vegas Hospitality Association (LVHA) in 2012 where he helped raise over $100,000 for educational scholarships and has been an active member for over 20 years.

 

Karl Fusco
Director of Sales
Zero1 Desert Adventures

Karl Fusco is the Director of Sales for Zero1 Desert Adventures. Zero1, privately owned, is the top-rated Off-Road tour provider in Southern Nevada and a certified outfitter within the Polaris Adventures National Network. Zero1 uses exclusively the Polaris RZR XP 1000 in our vehicle fleet for Las Vegas Mojave Desert tours. Karl was born and raised in York, Pennsylvania and moved to Las Vegas in 1982, when stationed at Nellis AFB as an airman in the United States Air Force. Upon an honorable discharge Karl attended UNLV studying Business Management and passed the Nevada Real Estate exam for his Brokers License. In 1989 Karl joined the Flamingo Hilton at the time one of the largest resorts in the world. Karl spent nearly 9 years with Hilton in various hotel management roles including Assistant Hotel Manager, Hotel Credit Manager and Assistant Director of Front Office Operations. In 1997 Karl switched gears and joined the team at Richard Petty Driving Experience Las Vegas where he spent 20 years in roles supporting RPDE's west coast division as Sales Director and General Manager elevating the company to one of the leading Off-Strip attractions for leisure and business travelers. Karl is the proud Dad of two middle school boys and my time away from work is primarily teaching and grooming them into the best young men they can be.

 

Brad Mark
Chief Operating Officer
Pole Position Raceway

Brad Mark is a co-founder and Managing Partner for Pole Position Raceway Las Vegas, which opened its doors in 2007. Along with his partners, Pole Position Raceway grew to 18 locations nationwide through investment and franchising. Over the years, several branches of the business have been sold off, but Pole Position Raceway Las Vegas continues to be the flagship location for the national brand. Brad was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri home of the World Champion Kansas City Chiefs!  After honorably serving in the US Army, Brad relocated to Las Vegas in August of 1990 where he completed his hospitality degree at UNLV; he is a father of two and a blessed husband for over 28 years! Brad worked for nearly 7 years at the Flamingo Hilton in several capacities including front desk, Sales Manager, Hotel Credit Manager and Assistant Hotel Manager. From 1997 to 2006, he served in various executive positions with the Richard Petty Driving Experience, a worldwide leader in Motorsports entertainment, including National Director of Sales and then General Manager of Richard Petty’s West Coast Operations. Now, Brad focuses his time at Pole Position Raceway, works on his golf game, and remains active in the Las Vegas community.
